WATER ISSUE AT ENSup - MALI
The matter of water is a big issue to be addressed at ENSup. Over the past months, the courses of the English department of the institution were interrupted because water couldn't reach the second floor. Obviously, wherever people spend the biggest part of their time they should have sufficient water supply. It should be noted that around one thousand student professors have their courses on the first, second and third floor. Therefore, the absence of water not only affects the teachers but also those thousands of people who struggle in harsh conditions to get knowledge. For instance, the WCs having no water, remain so dirty that women cannot use them for fear of the health outcomes. As a result, the downstairs' toilets are overcrowded. Indeed, lack of water is a big issue the administration must urgently address.
